My mission is to provide every mother with the information and guidance she needs to be able to successfully nurture her baby with confidence.
My love, fascination, and awe of the miracles involved in nursing my own children has driven me to become a lactation consultant and use my knowledge and acquired skills to inform and support new mothers in nurturing their own precious newborns.
I approach each mother with a non-judgmental ear, understanding, acceptance, and advise with tailored "tried-and-true" techniques.
I am committed to providing a mother with all of the information needed about infant feeding so you can make informed, better choices to ensure your baby thrives.
I run my practice using clinical, evidence-based information and proven techniques to help each mother and baby dyad reach their own unique breastfeeding goals.
As a busy wife, mother, and IBCLC , I understand the importance and nuances of breastfeeding, and the delicate balance needed to have a feeding plan that works for you and all the different moving parts in your life.
Each mother is different. Each baby is different. Let’s make a specialized feeding plan
that works for you.

I received my post-graduate lactation training through Lactation Education Resources, followed by an internship and hands-on training with new mothers at the Pump Station and Nurtury in Santa Monica, California. I became a certified IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) with the IBLCE (International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners) while living in Los Angeles, California.
I currently live in Israel, and run my own private practice serving mothers in Jerusalem and surrounding areas.
